How long is the class?
Most classes are about 60 minutes, with a warm-up, technique section, drilling, and optional live training.
Will I have someone helping me?
Yes. You’ll never be left guessing. Either a coach or an experienced student will work with you to make sure you understand the basics and have a great experience.
Is the class safe?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. Everything is controlled, coached, and paced for beginners. We only pair you with partners who will take care of you. -
