Coach Chris is a black belt under Robson Moura Black Belt Jeff Mitchell of Elite Jiu Jitsu. Formerly a frequent competitor and F2W veteran, he began coaching in 2015 and has turned the bulk of his energy into helping his students reach their goals as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Practitioners in the gym, and in competition.

A highly technical and cerebral Black Belt under Robson Moura Black Belt Jeff Mitchell. Dalton has a lengthy competition history and an uncanny ability to learn and teach the small details in technique required to make them work at a high level.

Gabe has a long history of training and coaching at schools in the Southern and Central Deleware Area. A technical striker and trainer with a knack for holding pads to get exactly the right movements out of his students.

 

Aidan J. Levy

Aidan kicked off his Jiu Jitsu training at Riptide when he was just 9 years old, quickly falling in love with the sport. His commitment to improving his skills has led him to travel far and wide. He's not just passionate about learning; Aidan is also serious about competing. He takes part in almost every national IBJJF competition and has racked up quite a few medals, both in these events and in local tournaments.

His training doesn't stop at Riptide. Aidan also learns from some of the best in the field, including legends like Paulo Miyao, Joao Miyao, Gianni Grippo, and Lee Rosenfield, who's currently ranked #2 in the IBJJF Rooster weight category. What sets Aidan apart is his natural ability to connect with everyone at the gym, from the kids to the adults. He's always eager to share what he knows, helping others progress in their Jiu Jitsu journey just as he has.

Chris began Jiu jitsu journey in April 2017 and immediately fell in love with the martial art. he received his brown belt in December of 2023, and continues to study and train to better himself while consistently improving on technique. He started competing within 5 months of training winning multiple NoGi Gold medals at NAGA and US Grappling, and a bronze in the gi at blue in the IBJJF DC Open.
