Coach Chris is a brown belt under Robson Moura Black Belt Jeff Mitchell of Elite Jiu Jitsu. Formerly a frequent competitor, he began coaching in 2015 and has turned the bulk of his energy into helping his students reach their goals as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Practitioners in the gym, and in competition.

Gabe has a long history of training and coaching at schools in the Southern and Central Deleware Area. A technical striker and trainer with a knack for holding pads to get exactly the right movements out of his students.

Chris began Jiu jitsu journey in April 2017 and immediately fell in love with the martial art. he received his blue belt in February of 2018, and continues to study and train to better himself while consistently improving on technique. He started competing within 5 months of training winning multiple NoGi Gold medals at NAGA and US Grappling, and a bronze in the gi at blue in the DC Open.
